Authenticate Pro is an off-the-shelf solution that takes just DAYS to integrate. It enables you to quickly and effectively assess the level of confidence in the identity of your customers.

Authenticate Pro offers a risk-based approach and is supplied with pre-configured templates, aligned to different levels of authentication requirements. It uses the biographical information given by an applicant and compares it with 12 independent data sources to establish a degree of confidence in that individual's identity.

Authentication Index

The authentication index - levels of confidence
Authenticate Pro will return an authentication score between 20 and 90. The returned Authentication Index indicates the degree of confidence with which an identity can be validated.

Authenticate Index

Degree of confidence

20 and 30

Indicates that the identity supplied has not been authenticated and therefore further proofs of Identity should be sought.

40

Indicates that only a low level of Authentication has been found for the identity supplied.

50, 60, 70 and 80

Increasing levels of confidence.

90

Indicates that a very high level of authentication has been found for the identity supplied.

Decision-making
Once your Authentication Index is returned you are able to make an instant decision based on that score. (Experian QAS are not responsible for the decisions an organisation makes based on these index scores.)

In addition to the score, the raw data can also be returned in real time so that you can determine your own level of confidence in the individual.
