1 - Audit

A Consultant will visit your site(s) to perform a comprehensive audit of your data management processes. The report will give information on the channels through which contact data enters your organisation, how the data is stored and maintained and in which processes it is utilised. This will allow you to gain a better understanding of your data's value to you with particular emphasis on the business decisions it underpins. Depending on your exact requirements, we are also able to audit the quality of the data itself, helping you to understand its completeness and accuracy. Finally, if you are already a QAS customer we will look at your current product use, ensuring you are correctly licensed and checking you are getting the maximum benefit from the products you have purchased.

2 - Data Strategy

We can work with you to propose and implement a contact data management strategy in line with your goals and objectives. Once you have a clear understanding of the value of your data, we can suggest methods for improving its quality using both short-term and long-term strategies. As well as seeing improvements when capturing new information we can provide methods for standardising, authenticating, cleaning, matching against existing records, suppressing and enhancing your contact data to improve both your brand image and marketing profitability. We are also able assist you with your targeting using a wealth of data from Experian and our business intelligence tools and techniques.

3 - Integration

Whichever QAS product you choose to implement, a QAS Consultant can be available to ensure that, from scoping to deployment and evaluation, the integration is successful. We can offer a wide range of assistance levels; on the technical front we can provide an explanation of the function calls, advice on error handling, providing psuedocode or writing and testing a complete solution for you. The successful deployment of your QAS solution is also dependent on their seamless integration into your business processes and workflow. You will be able to take advantage of our extensive experience of best practice, honed through our involvement in many of these integrations. While at your site we can give you hints and tips that will allow you to avoid the common pitfalls of implementation and optimise your return on investment by meeting integration budgets and deadlines.

4 - Bespoke Services

You may have a complex business problem that will not simply be resolved by off-the-shelf software, or you may want to prove that a QAS product will fit into your processes without the need to undertake your own expensive research and development. A Consultant will visit you to understand and document your requirements and will be able to provide a proof of concept solution that mimics your environment and demonstrates the functionality that could be achieved. From this, fully tested solutions can be created uniquely for your company such as extensions to QAS products, bespoke data files and lists of addresses to assist you with targeting, and solutions based on your own contact data processes.

5 - Implementation

A Consultant will assist you to project manage your implementation or be at your site(s) to undertake the installation and configuration of your QAS software for you. We will ensure that your products are located in the most suitable environment for your needs and configured so that they operate seamlessly with other applications as part of your business processes including returning contact data in the appropriate format consistently and correctly each time. Whilst at your site we will give you more information about the product and data sets you are using, including search tips so that you can get the most from your software from the very start.

6 - Accreditation

Accreditation ensures your QAS products are integrated in a manner that complements your underlying application and meets your organisational requirements. A Consultant will make a full evaluation of your deployment in relation to your goals, ensuring that the products have been integrated to allow you full use of the available functionality. We will check that errors are correctly handled and do not affect the underlying application, that contact data adheres to the format of the relevant postal authority and that additional data sets can be easily incorporated should this be a future requirement. All your QAS product-related procedures will be fully documented, ensuring that our Support team can handle queries from your end-users in the most effective manner.

7 - Training

Training is the ideal way to ensure you are using your QAS products to their full potential. For end-users, our TAP® certified Consultants hold regular public courses at our offices in London and Manchester. We are also able to visit your site and provide bespoke courses tailored specifically for your data and product use, either directly to your end-users or to super-users in a "train-the-trainer" fashion. For business partners we offer Helpdesk training, teaching you how to resolve the most common queries and errors that may arise during product use. As well as delivering training, we can help you with your own training sessions, creating full colour manuals for you or providing impartial feedback on any documentation or training manuals that you have written yourselves.

8 - Data Migration Services

When merging information from multiple sources, important and valuable data can be lost or incorrectly formatted or the project timescales can be severely delayed by the unforeseen complications that invariably arise. The risks associated with these types of issues can be high and costly to any organisation. A Consultant can help you to break down the complex processes involved into more manageable tasks using the experience gained from similar projects in the contact data management market. Should you require, we can process your data to clean, update, reformat and standardise it prior to entry in your new data system or warehouse. We are also able to use our deduplication tools and suppression data to ensure that each contact is an asset of value to your business.
