Through the process of:

our consultants can create a single customer view of your specified contact data whether business or consumer. In addition to using Experian QAS products, Consultants have access to other tools and services which compliment the above processes.

This single customer view can be enhanced with additional information, from telephone numbers and local authority electoral ward codes, to MOSAIC classifications and grid references.

A QAS CDM360 audit allows you to gain an impartial and comprehensive assessment of:

  • data management systems and processes

Consisting of ten sections including security, reporting and data quality, the service is completely weighted and tailored to your priorities, assessing individual departments or the organisation as a whole. A rating on a scale of 1-5 allows you to benchmark yourselves against other organisations in the same industry, with a specific framework for improvement reported alongside practical recommendations.
