QAS products can be further enhanced with additional data, which can be appended automatically to address records at the point of capture, or added during a batch cleaning process. Additional data can also help you with profiling, analysis and specific reporting.
Consumer names data
Containing over 39 million names from the UK Experian's National Canvasse, the Names file used with QAS allows you to:
- Efficiently capture unfamiliar or hard to spell names
- Display and append a full address along with the first and last name of the person(s) living at the chosen address
- Validate the name and address details provided against the Experian National Canvasse
- QAS can also supply the full Electoral Register as well as Historical Electoral Rolls dating back to 1997.
Business data
Containing over 2.79 million business names and addresses, Experian's National Business Database used with QAS allows you to:
- Capture a full and accurate business address
- Add the telephone and fax number of an organisation
- Add SIC (Standard Industry Classification) codes, employee numbers and location types
- Add Company Registration Numbers
- Access Commercial Mosaic
International data
In addition to the Royal Mail's Postcode Address File, 18 other country address datasets are available.
Lifestyle/Geodemographic profiling
Mosaic Profiling data from Experian can be used to analyse customer databases and identify key markets, and help plan future targeted marketing activity.
Geographical data
By attaching a grid reference, individual records can be plotted onto geographic information systems (GIS) or mapping systems, allowing users to study the geographical penetration of customers or plan distribution outlets.
