QAS for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a name and address capture solution for use within Microsoft CRM. It provides the ability to capture a full, correct name and address for any of the supported countries as quickly as possible, pasting it directly into the underlying application.

The solution is available for Microsoft CRM Sales and Microsoft CRM Customer Service applications, and has been integrated into all versions, including the latest release 2011.

The solution is available in an On Premise environment, an On Demand environment or a hybrid of the two.

Additional information, known as DataPlus items can also be returned with addresses, for example location or geo-demographic information.
