Executive summary

Situation

Each year, WCC issues approx.37,000 parking permits. Renewal application was done in personc and with up to seven pieces of ID. The aim was improved costs, efficiencies and a reduction in fraud, within an online solution.

Solution

Authenticate, the online ID authentication solution, was implemented to verify resident identity. It was integrated into the permit renewals process.
