Situation

WaterAid large, inaccurate databases resulted in high levels of returned mail. To maximise fundraising and ensure mailings were reaching their intended destination, the charity required complete data validation.

Solution

QAS Batch was used to clean and maintain data. As a data cleaning and suppression solution, inaccuracies were cleaned and put in a consistent format.

Results

WaterAid now understands the importance of data integrity. It estimates that an additional £12,000 is raised each year. Efficiencies improved from increasing the speed of data import by 30%
