Situation

Embarking on a strategy to move online forwards, SSL International had an aim for accurate & efficient online contact capture across all of their brands.

Solution

Already using QAS Pro, they embarked on implementing QAS Pro On Demand for online solutions, as well as cleaning their data with QAS Batch with Suppression.

Results

A simplified contact data entry with 68,998 records cleaned across 3 brands. They saw a 55% uplift in correct contact data.
