Situation

Previously relying on paper forms to collect information and database changes were often done by hand, which could be time consuming and open to mistakes

Solution

The Council decided to invest in CareWorks RAISE, a client management system. QAS Pro was then integrated to ensure that contact data entered into the system was accurate.

Results

Their service became more streamlined and effective. Contact data could be captured accurately, first time. The new system has also helped the Council meet its targets set around data protection.
