Situation

Grosvenor Casinos serve in excess of two million customers per year. Their Responsible Gaming Policy and the Gambling Act states that a customer identity must be verified correctly.

Solution

The online Authenticate service, validates identity in real-time, with no need for paper based proofs. Experian's Authenticate service meets all of the criteria required of an electronic data provider as outlined by the Gambling Act.
