Situation

The accuracy of contact data collected is essential so that the membership application can be processed quickly and the customer can start using the club’s facilities.

Solution

QAS Pro, address validation, was chosen for use in the Members First application, whilst Bank Wizard from Experian Payments validates the bank information to ensure Direct Debit mandates are set up.
