Executive summary

Situation

Coloplast UK used QAS Pro to validate contacts collected within call centres. Over time data changed and mailing packs often returned.

Solution

QAS Batch with Suppression solved issues caused by data decay. Data cleaning and suppression was enabled in-house vs. using a third party bureau service.

Results

The first suppression run identified 20,000 contacts that had decayed. Substantial money and time savings were achieved whilst  working towards protecting brand image.
