Correct contact details are essential to the approval and subsequent payment of funds. A holistic view for all address information is needed so they are confident  information they collect is accurate, correctly formatted and genuine.

Solution

QAS Batch is used to validate addresses, eradicate errors and provide assurance with application processing. The Big Lottery Fund also use a number of data sets from Experian QAS to add value to data records.

Results

Getting customer details correct is of paramount importance. Experian QAS has helped improve efficiencies, enable better customer service and work towards a anti-fraud mechanism.
