Licence review

The Royal Mail is in the process of changing its Postcode Address File (PAF) licence and changes will affect all customers with a renewal date of 1st March 2010 onwards.

Your Customer Account Manager will be contacting you prior to your first renewal after this date to explain the Royal Mail PAF licence changes in more detail and ensure you are compliant with the new licence terms. To help us establish that you are using PAF data in the most efficient and cost-effective way to minimise any impact, please help us by submitting the following information prior to your next renewal.
