Experian QAS collects personally identifiable information, in a fair and lawful manner. This may take place through a number of methods including over the telephone, face-to-face communication or over a secure web interface, and include information such as name, organisation address, job title, email address and telephone number. This information will directly relate to an individual or a business. We only collect personally identifiable information that you have provided to us voluntarily.

Information is collected for the purposes of customer identification, providing products and services, dealing with enquiries and any other related administration. Your details are also added onto our central contact database and may be used for marketing purposes.

Collection and use of non-personal information and cookie usage

Non-personal information is automatically collected to establish data on how the www.qas.co.uk website is accessed and used. The collection of this non-personal information is done through the use of "cookie" technology. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual's hard drive for purposes of keeping records such as website performance and pages visited. Non Disclosure Agreements are made in these circumstances to protect your information.

Experian QAS will store your information in our central contact database. Information will be retained only for as long as is necessary to do so, and in accordance with the law.

All information that you provide is protected from unauthorised access whilst held by Experian QAS. Security standards and controls are in place across Experian QAS, and a robust security management structure ensures that physically and logically secured operations are maintained. Experian QAS undertake a comprehensive audit programme to ensure the ongoing security of your data.

Updating your data

As an organisation focused on Data Quality, you may update or change your details at any time by contacting dataquality@qas.com Changes will be processed within 30 days.

Accessing your data

In line with the Data Protection Act you have the right to request the information that Experian QAS holds on you. Request can be made by contacting dataquality@qas.com All requests will be processed within 30 days. If this is not possible you will be notified directly.

Unsubscribing and Opting Out

Should you wish to stop receiving marketing information from Experian QAS you can unsubscribe at any point by contacting dataquality@qas.com A link to this unsubscribe page is also given on every Experian QAS email. Unsubscription requests will be processed within 30 days.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Experian QAS reserve the right to make changes or amends to this Privacy Policy at any time. All changes will be made here on the www.qas.com website. By using this website you acknowledge and agree to the processing of your personal data in this way.
