Wilts customers often order goods at one of the company's 60 branches throughout the south of England, and request delivery onsite. Getting the delivery right first time is essential, especially for larger items, where the cost of re-delivery is substantial. The situation is complicated by the fact that many of the addresses Wilts delivers to are new-build developments.

Wilts appointed Chelford SAP solutions to install an SAP ERP system. As part of this, Wilts wanted a software tool to enable its 700 employees to enter customer data quickly and accurately. Chelford chose QAS for SAP, which includes Not Yet Built data for properties under construction.
