Seminar snapshot part 2

This month, we offer two more presentations from our recent contact data management (CDM) seminars for download.

On the 18th and 24th of June, Experian QAS held two contact CDM seminars to help organisations drive efficiency and improve performance through effective data management. Featuring case study examples from public and private sector, the seminars were designed to help delegates understand more about contact data management, and see how a scientific approach to data could help maximise their organisation's potential.

Last month's issue of Insight offered two of the event presentations for download: 'Removing the middle man: Taking control of your data', which reviewed the current trends in the contact data management marketplace, and 'Single view of customers: Making molehills out of the mountain'. This presentation explored concepts of obtaining a single view of your customer.
