Seminar snapshot part 1
Organisations are under increasing pressure to drive efficiency and improve performance, be it through customer retention, more structured processes or increased revenue streams. Whether in IT, Communications, Data Administration or Business Support, individuals tasked with such challenges are turning to the science of contact data to support them.
On the 18th and 24th of June, Experian QAS held two Contact Data Management (CDM) seminars to help such individuals achieve their goals. Featuring case study examples from public and private sector, our seminars were designed to help delegates understand more about Contact Data Management and see how a scientific approach to data could help maximise their organisation's potential.
