Reality bites

Experian QAS recently joined the IMRG, a membership community for the e-retail industry, whose vision is to maximise the commercial potential of online shopping. As a result, UK Managing Director, Stuart Johnston was invited to present at its Member's Meeting alongside organisations such as Tesco.com, Quidco and Cybersource.

The meeting was a chance to talk frankly and openly about the key e-retailing issues. In his presentation, Stuart discusses the importance of understanding and communicating with customers and measuring the results. This includes the following:

  • Understanding consumer motivation
  • Reviewing the change in consumers spending habits
  • Managing data in real time
  • Measuring marketing results to demonstrate ROI
