QAS for Salesforce.com

Experian QAS has partnered with Salesforce.com to provide users with an integrated data quality solution.

Following our recent move into the On Demand or Software as a Service (SaaS) market space, Experian QAS has developed a new integration into Salesforce CRM. Customers can now take advantage of leading data quality solutions directly within Salesforce CRM, which will mean more accurate customer intelligence and better decision-making and communications.

QAS for Salesforce.com validates contact records entering the CRM application, making database analysis easier, and results more reliable. Additional information such as names, business or MOSAIC data can be added at the point of data capture, allowing enhanced database profiling and segmentation. This capability will enable Saleforce.com users to improve customer analysis and generate ROI through more targeted marketing communications. The product has been accredited by Salesforce.com and is available on the Force.com AppExchange.

"The rapid growth and success of Salesforce.com shows the shift towards SaaS technology," says Stuart Johnston, UK Managing Director for Experian QAS. "Following significant interest from our own customers, we entered the SaaS market in June, and have already seen a significant take up of products via our On Demand platform. Salesforce.com customers can now get more value from their Salesforce.com application through more accurate and enriched contact data to help drive campaigns and business intelligence."

Steve Garnett, European Chairman for Salesforce.com, says: "Over 50,000 customers across the world already use Salesforce.com to support their customer management. The Experian QAS integration is an exciting proposition to offer our customers, as data quality is a key component in customer management. We expect to see more people invest in tools to support customer retention over the coming year."
