Treating customers fairly

The new FSA initiative, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) has been launched to ensure consumers are receiving a fair deal.

When it comes to delivering a quality service to your customers, it's essential you have standardised, professional processes in place to ensure the same level of service across your organisation.
