Moving forward with Microsoft CRM

New data available

QAS Pro, part of our latest suite of contact data management products has been integrated by QAS Microsoft Certified developers into MS CRM V4. Microsoft customers can now benefit from the additional functionality that QAS Pro V6 offers, including enhanced address searching and additional names, business and international data sets. By ensuring contact details are correct at point of entry into the MS CRM application, data quality will dramatically improve, saving organisations time and money and improving the customer experience.

Using the NLPG

This development is specifically aimed at public sector organisations, and is our first solution enabling government organisations to use the NLPG (National Land and Property Gazetteer) within a Microsoft application. Offering this vital functionality to the public sector is a significant step forwards to ensure a high level of customer service and a single citizen view.
