QAS are short listed for the Data Strategy Awards

Since the Data Strategy Awards were launched two years ago, they have revealed just how extensive the role of data is in modern business. Data is now fundamental to customer-facing functions such as sales, CRM and marketing, and equally to internally-focused operations, such as reporting, risk management, business intelligence and compliance.

Towards the end of October, QAS Batch with Suppression was put forward as a strong contender for the 'Best Suppression Data' category in the newly introduced Product/Service awards. This award is given to the best service or data set advancing the quality, availability, accessibility or usage levels of goneaway, deceased or registered suppression service data.

The awards were held on Thursday 15th November 2007 at The London Hilton on Park Lane. Although QAS were not winners on the night, our sister company Experian ClarityBlue and their work with BSkyB earned them The Best Practice in Data Management Award.
