Did you know?The QAS Customer Care team at QAS have a number of customer care processes in place to ensure that both new and existing customers know how much we value them. Shortly after an order is placed with us, there are regular checks carried out in person by our Customer Care team to ensure that our customers are receiving the best possible service. Then six months before a licence is due for renewal, customers receive a satisfaction survey so we can be absolutely sure that they have enjoyed all the benefits they were promised. So did you know? QAS measure customer satisfaction during Customer Care calls and set targets each year. Our customer satisfaction was 83% for 2006-2007 compared with 79% the previous year.
