Contact data management could be key for Bupa

Contact data management may be something that Bupa wishes to ensure is of the right standard as it is commencing new promotional activity today (September 5th).
The company has teamed up with OgilvyOne for a new campaign for its Bupa By You health insurance product, which will see it making use of direct mail, a TV commercial and conducting online activity.
Commenting on the plans, Chief Executive of OgilvyOne Annette King stated the various methods used will allow consumers to be spoken to "on a very personal level".
"We have put the customer at the heart of the decision making process and the adaptable nature of the product reflects how we have listened to their needs," said Marketing and Customer Development Director for Bupa Health & Wellbeing Sue Moore.
BT may also wish to address contact data management as Marketing Week reported it plans to persuade customers that the company is still a better value option than its competitors in the September issues of Update magazine.
