So what do we actually do?

We help renowned businesses, such as Manchester United Football Club, Comic Relief, DVLA, McLaren F1 and Debenhams, record, clean and enhance address data, as well as verify contacts' identities. This assists our clients in maintaining and improving one of their most important assets - their contact data.

We are seeking passionate students with a keen interest in business and technology, who want to learn a wide range of skills. From the start of your year you will have a fantastic training and development programme set out for you, making this quite possibly the best year of your degree.

Information Systems (IS) Service Analyst - VACANCY

A Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/database support role that will introduce you to a variety of systems, processes and staff across the business. As part of the IS Department you will be providing technical and business support to internal users of Siebel CRM; a system which we have deployed to more than 75% of Experian QAS staff internationally to manage our customer data.

Building on your prior customer service and technical experience you will provide support, deliver training, work on projects and create business reports. You can expect to develop your skills in the following areas: Business Analysis, Project Management, C#, .NET, and SQL.

IT Service Desk Analyst - VACANCY

The IT department is directly responsible for the successful operation, maintenance and development of information technology across QAS. As part of the Service Desk you will be aiding our staff with all their IT queries over a broad range of both software and hardware. As part of the role there is a great deal of opportunity to engage with a variety of different teams and learn new skills to enhance your IT knowledge.

You will be responsible for managing your own work and be given the opportunity to drive projects that will support the department's proactive approach to solving problems. As a member of a close, supportive team you will be given every opportunity to concentrate on the areas that interest you most. You can expect to develop extensive skill sets in MS Office, Active Directory and VMWare.

Sales Support Coordinator - VACANCY

You will be responsible for supporting our Sales Teams who are tasked with generating over £20 million of revenue. On a daily basis you will be responsible for helping to manage the entire customer order process, to ensure a timely and efficient delivery of our products. You will act as a key point of contact for both internal and external individuals, allowing you to develop strong communication skills and gaining vast exposure to all areas of the business; such as the Marketing, Finance and Legal teams. There is also plenty of opportunity to take on individual projects of interest throughout the year.

This role offers a great understanding of the sales lifecycle and the importance of sales in the business world. You can expect to develop skills in the following areas: KPI reporting, project management and administration.

Technical Support Analyst - VACANCY

The Technical Support Team provides our customers with first class assistance via phone and e-mail. Working within this team will provide you with exposure to our entire product range, our vast customer base and a range of different technologies.

The team consists of two business placement students and three recent graduates. As part of this role there is plenty of opportunity to work on or lead real projects which will impact and influence the way we work. You can expect to gain extensive project management skills, as well as developing skills in C#, .NET, SQL, & VB.
