Recruiting the right people to drive the future growth of the company is one of the most important things we do at Experian QAS.
We have a long line of success at recruiting graduates with up to two years' experience and growing them into senior roles within the company.
We do not discriminate on grounds of age, sex, race, nationality, religion, disability or sexuality but we do look for strong intellect, integrity and ambition.
Honesty and a sense of humour are also important to us, but academic achievement is a good indication of future success.
We ask for a Computer Science, numerate, scientific or IT-related degree and strong A-level grades in similar subjects for technical vacancies. In the Business Support and Sales streams, we accept applicants from any discipline.
In the Business Support streams we prefer to recruit candidates with very strong A-level and degree results. In the Sales stream we do prefer a successful academic record, however sales ability (ideally with a proven track record) and commercial awareness are the main prerequisites.
Experian QAS regrets that it is only able to accept applications from those entitled to live and work in the UK.
The interview process
We do not have lengthy application forms for you to complete and we will try to reply to your CV as soon as possible.
The first step in your application will probably be a telephone interview with the recruiting line manager, which is a chance to chat about your experience and to find out more about us.
If we mutually agree to take your application further, you will be invited to the local recruiting office for a face-to-face interview.
At interview we encourage applicants to spend time with a range of people, from managers to team members, and look around our offices. At final interview every candidate meets a Director.
