5. What is the interview procedure?

After you have sent us your details there may be a short delay before we contact you, as we receive a large number of applications and consider each one carefully. We regret that due to the volume of applications we can only respond to those who meet our specific requirements.

The first step in your application will be a telephone interview with a line manager or one of our recruitment team, which is a good opportunity to discuss your experience and to find out more about us.

At interview we encourage applicants to spend time with a range of people, from managers to team members, and look round our offices. At final interview nearly all candidates meet a Director.
