Experian QAS believes in the value of investing in the retention and long term careers of its talent. The company therefore recognise that the ongoing training and development of individuals is key to engaging and motivating our employees so that you make an important contribution to the business. As such we are committed to developing you as an employee, through a range of tailored training programmes, coaching and performance appraisals with in a supportive and fun learning environment to help nurture the careers of our employees regardless of the business area that you join.

For all of our staff, training is ongoing and individually tailored depending on the needs of your role and your preferred learning style. Everyone who joins us will receive a comprehensive 2-day induction provides new starters with a broad overview of the company as well as an opportunity to meet colleagues from all departments. You will also receive job-related training which is likely to consist of a mixture of on-the-job training from your manager, in-house training courses and external job-specific courses

Experian QAS Corporate Induction

This 2 day event is intended to provide all new joiners with a corporate overview of Experian QAS to set the context of the business, its history, its products and the team make up

Gazing Training

Gazing are an external training provider who will focus on teaching you how to perform under pressure.

Tailored In-house Training

We have our own in house trainer who will work in conjunction with our HR team and your line manager to ensure that you get a bespoke training plan. This is a living document and as such will be constantly reviewed and adjusted as needed.

Professional Study

Our study support policy will support you if wish to study for professional accreditation in your relevant field. Progress is monitored in every department with frequent updates with your manager, as well as team meetings where you can review progress and discuss issues.
