Team building

As we grow in size, we consider it essential to preserve a productive but friendly environment where you like and respect the individuals you work with. We are also keen as a company to give something back to the wider community in line with our philosophy surrounding corporate and social responsibility.

With this in mind, our team building is not the usual corporate 'play' days that you might see with other companies.

Instead, under the guidance and motivation of one our board members, a team of staff will engage in a local project. Examples of these projects might be painting a local school hall or helping dig over allotments or helping to build a new children's play ground.

Although perhaps not conventional, this approach firmly links back to our core values and we have found it to be a great way to get to know each other (and a chance to get exposure to the board) while doing something whole heartedly rewarding.
