  • Pension - we operate a Money Purchase Pension through Experian Money Purchase Pension Plan. On the basis that staff contribute 3% of basic salary, Experian QAS will pay an additional contribution of 7% into the fund. If you increase your contribution to 4% then Experian QAS will increase its contribution to 8% and if you further increase it to 5%, Experian QAS will increase its contribution to 10%. Experian was awarded the Pension Quality Mark Plus Award at the National Association of Pension Funds' (NAPF) Investment Conference, held in Edinburgh in March 2010. The Pension Quality Mark is a new award that recognizes high quality defined contribution pension schemes.

  • Death in Service benefit at 2 times the employee's salary, or 4 times the employee's salary if you are a member of the pension scheme.

  • Holiday - Annual entitlement of 25 days. This is increased after 10 years service.
