The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For 2009

Experian QAS has once again been placed as one of the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for in the UK.

This year we were placed 55th with "outstanding" 2 Star status accreditation from Best Companies. Some of the highlights from the company-wide survey results are listed below:

• 78% of our staff have confidence in the leadership skills of the Senior Management Team
• 75% feel their managers regularly express their appreciation
• 80% of staff believe that your current role benefits your career
• 66% feel that Experian QAS provides ample learning and development opportunities
• 85% of staff say "My colleagues are fun to work with... and care for each other..."

The Sunday Times list is derived solely from the views of employees which count for 80% of the score and the balance of 20% comes from the policies and processes of employers. It identifies best practice in the UK workplace and ranks companies chiefly according to their performance in eight key indicators of employee satisfaction.
