Business support

Business Support encompasses the core departments of Experian QAS, providing the framework for the rest of the business to function. The 'business support' areas within Experian QAS cover Distribution, Facilities, Finance, HR, and Legal. These departments are required to maintain our competitive advantage in the marketplace. All departments undertake both external customer-facing and internal business-servicing functions.

The Distribution team is responsible for supplying all Experian QAS software products and associated data files. They also ensure they arrive safely and expediently to all of our UK and overseas customers. Additionally, they internally support all of the business demands of incoming and outbound post and deliveries.

The Distribution team sit within our Facilities department who support all 4 UK offices with every logistical, planning and maintenance requirement.

The Finance department provide support and services to all offices in the UK and Europe by invoicing and collecting cash from customers, paying suppliers and employees and adhering to all financial compliance requirements, both internal and external. The Director of Finance represents the Business Support department on the Global Management Team.

The HR and Legal teams handle the licensing of all our products, as well as ensure compliance on both legal and human resource issues, employee support and training.

The roles within Business Support cover a diverse range of business operations. The employees within those roles are professional, focussed individuals who are committed to providing the highest levels of service to everybody they deal with.
